30-year-old Justin Humpert of Hemlock is in custody at the Saginaw County Jail accused with the murder of his mother Joyce Humpert. Investigators believe the motive of the crime is a domestic dispute.  He was arraigned Tuesday and a preliminary exam will follow in the next 14 days.
