A West Michigan man accused of molesting a friend while she slept last summer in Mt Pleasant is headed to trial. 23- year old Jacob Emmett Martin of Fountain, was bound over to trial two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in a preliminary exam that wrapped up Monday afternoon.
