Isabella County Sheriff’s deputies were busy after a child assaulted his father with a butter knife after an argument and also a separate alleged groping last week. The boy was taken in for a mental health evaluation. In the groping incident, a 20-year-old woman from Chippewa Township reported that she was groped by a 20-year-old Union Township man after meeting on a dating site. The man said it was consensual.
