A man who was shot and died by state police troopers Sunday has been named. Andrew Courser was firing his weapon near homes and yelling at vehicles driving by, even at police when they arrived. After a 4 hour standoff outside a barn, and firing at them, troopers returned fire and shot Courser, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
