A 23-year-old man from Fountain faces charges that he drunkenly forced himself on an acquaintance back in July in Isabella County. During the night, the accused came into the woman’s room uninvited and attempted to have sex with her, leaving her bruised in several places, including on her legs.
The man is expected to be charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
