An order of summary suspension has been issued against Karl Manke’s Barber Shop in Owosso, after going against Gov Whitmer’s Stay Home, Stay Safe executive order. The barbershop remained open thruout this pandemic. On Tuesday, The Dept. of Licenseing & Regulatory Affairs, sent documents to Mr. Manke & his attorney, telling them to cease operation.
