The Michigan Department of Attorney General sent out a letter to national chain store, Menards, following reports the company has been engaging in business practices that might endanger the health of customers and employees during the pandemic. This includes marketing & sales practices to increase customer presence in their stores. The letter demands that Menards ceases activities that run contrary to our statewide “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order.
