How’s Harvey Weinstein doing in jail? To ask his spokesperson, not well. As we reported yesterday, the convicted rapist took a fall, but his flack, Juda Engelmayer says that Weinstein is licking his emotional wounds as well. For one, Engelmayer says the once powerful movie producer is spending his time in the clink reflecting on his past.

Engelmayer says Weinstein is having a hard time being locked up after living a good life – and that reality is hitting him especially hard as he’s facing nearly three decades behind bars for rape and sexual assault at his sentencing in New York tomorrow. Englemayer says that his boss has regrets about being a jerk – but still denies any criminal behavior.

Beyond that, Engelmayer says Weinstein is currently sharing a cell with two older men in the infirmary ward and that Weinstein spends his time doing lots of reading and walking. He also says that Weinstein isn’t being treated any differently that other prisoners.
