A Rosebush man was sentenced to at least 7 years for the rape of a child. 32 year old Brandon Haggart, was sentenced to 86 months to 15 years in prison by Circuit Court Judge Mark Duthie Tuesday morning. Duthie went for the highest end allowable under sentencing guidelines.
