Teri Garr, who’s been in some iconic movies, is in the hospital after suffering a medical emergency.
TMZ says she may have had a stroke, which is why an ambulance was called to her home in San Fernando Valley. There’s no confirmation on why she’s hospitalized.
Garr’s impeccable sense of comedic timing helped make her a star in the late 70s and 80s. She has pivotal roles in “Young Frankenstein,” “Mr. Mom,” “Close Encounters of the Third Kind,” and “Tootsie” to name a few.
We wish her a speedy recovery.
