CRDL has presented a strategic plan to meet the needs of the public. The Board of Trustees for the library worked with consultants from the Midwest Collaborative for Library Services of Lansing, MI in order to come up with a plan with five areas of focus. Those areas include things like removing barriers, expanding on non-traditional collections, increasing visibility in the community and more.
