Kevin Hart will reportedly not sue or file an insurance claim against Jared Black, whom the California Highway Patrol concluded crashed Kevin’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda in Calabasas on September 1st.
Kevin decided not to go that route because of how much he likes Jared and his fiancee Rebecca Broxterman. “I have nothing but love for Jared,” he said earlier this month. “And wish him and Rebecca a speedy recovery.”
However, Jared, who suffered serious back and chest injuries, might still sue Hart for not equipping his restored muscle car with proper seat belts. He was driving the classic car at the request of Kevin. Meanwhile, Kevin is receiving outpatient intensive physical therapy himself following surgery for three spinal fractures.
