After being dropped from Netflix’s “The Ranch” over multiple sexual assault allegations, Danny Masterson is in more trouble. Four of Masterson’s accusers have filed a lawsuit against him, the Church of Scientology and its leader David Miscavage.
According to court docs obtained by Huffington Post and The Hollywood Reporter, the parties are accused of stalking, physical invasion of privacy, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and more. Only two of the accusers are identified in the complaint, Chrissie Carnell Bixler and Marie Bobette Riales.
Responding in a statement, Masterson calls the suit “beyond ridiculous.” “I’m not going to fight my ex-girlfriend in the media like she’s been baiting me to do for more than two years,” he says. “Once her lawsuit is thrown out, I intend to sue her and the others who jumped on the bandwagon for the damage they caused me and my family.”
