A proposed ordinance to regulate recreational marijuana businesses will be on the ballot for Mt. Pleasant voters in November. The petition by citizens was proposed last month by Brandon McQueen and others. The city clerk determined they had collected enough valid signatures to make it onto the ballot, come November 5th.
