The public is needed for a parking study in Midland. To better manage and improve parking conditions downtown, the City of Midland hired a consultant firm to conduct a parking study but they said input from the community is greatly needed.  A workshop session has been scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 20,  to attend and contribute feedback.
