Money is coming to the city of Clare and Nottawa Township to help with their water infrastructure. Clare will get a $1.4 million loan to replace their iron removal pressure filters, install high service pumps. Nottawa Township will get a $2.4 million grant and a $1.3 million loan to build a new sewer collection system.
