A former Central Michigan University student government president took a plea deal on sexual assault charges. Ian Elliott pleaded no contest to one count of criminal sexual misconduct third degree after being accused of sexually assaulting a fellow student in August of 2016 and another in 2014. He will now spend at least one year in prison and have to register as a sex offender.
