A $28.8 million spending bill signed into law by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Monday will fund the roll-out of some of Michigan’s successful 2018 ballot initiatives, ongoing investigation into sexual assault allegations in the Catholic church and more. Senate Bill 150 passed the House and Senate with bipartisan support.
