Felicity Huffman may be facing jail time for her role in the college admissions scandal, but she took time out to celebrate her daughter’s high school graduation. She and William H. Macy were at The Dolby Theatre in Hollywood to watch Sophia Grace Macy get her diploma from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts on Monday.
After the 18-year-old performed with both the theater and the music team, she walked across the stage to finish her high school career. When it was over, the family left the theater via its loading dock to avoid the press and the public.
In light of the situation, Sophia has decided to take a break before going to college. An insider said that she and her sister, Georgia, are “doing well and have tried to keep their routines” as they support their mother through this troubled time. Meanwhile, Felicity has worked out a deal with prosecutors that’ll get her a four to 10 month-sentence.
