The community mourns today as one of the Michigan State Police finest lost his life over the weekend. Clare County and Isabella County law enforcement confirmed that retired Trooper Michael White has died. White was not only a police officer but also greatly active with area youth, a huge supporter of CMU athletics and a volunteer in many community events.
