Darius McCrary is one step closer to being single since his divorce from Tammy Brawner is almost final. They filed their final divorce judgment in Los Angeles on Monday.
According to the paperwork, Tammy has full legal and physical custody of their three-year-old daughter, Zoey. The “Family Matters” star will be able to have 10 professional monitored visits with the baby every Sunday while completing six parenting classes. After that, he’ll get 10 non-professional monitored visits with a designated family member while completing 10 co-parenting classes.
As if that wasn’t enough, Darius will also have to attend alcohol and drug abuse and batterers’ intervention classes within a year and submit to two or more random drug tests within the next two months. He’ll also pay over $13-hundred dollars in child support.
- ONE MORE THING! Tammy and Darius won’t have contact during exchanges, and they can’t be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while Zoey is in their care. They also can’t bad-mouth each other to the baby and they can’t use her as a messenger or question her about the other parent.
