The suspect wanted for shooting a Saginaw Township police officer early Tuesday morning is in custody. 29 year old Joshua Rosebush of Vassar is accused of shooting Saginaw Township Police Officer Jeff Koenig pulled him over. Koenig’s condition after being shot in the jaw, was stabilized and is at U of M for surgery. Rosebush was captured alive in Flint after firing at police. Clare and Farwell schools were in lockdown Tuesday after police said he had ties to the area but was later not found in the area.
