Rapper Chris Brown is in a Paris jail cell.
Brown has been accused of rape after a 24-year-old woman said she was assaulted between January 15 and 16 in his hotel room at the five-star Le Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Brown has been staying there for Paris Fashion Week.
The woman claims she met the rapper at Le Crystal Club and followed him back to his hotel. Her statement says she and a friend were invited to hang out with Brown and one of the two men with him, but the other woman got separated from the group and the unnamed alleged victim ended up going alone.
The two other men with Brown have also been detained. Chris is currently dating 25-year-old Ammika Harris, who he’s been linked to since August 2015.
