A Bay City man was charged in Isabella County Trial court yesterday in connection to what appeared to be a kidnapping in the Meijer parking lot on Sunday. 20-year-old, David Facundo was arraigned on 3rd degree fleeing and domestic violence charges. His preliminary hearing will be May 2nd.
