Former Dow Chemical Company CEO & board chair, Frank Popoff, has died. He passed away over the weekend at his home in Midland. He was 88. He was hired by Dow after his graduation from Indiana University in 1959, where he held a variety of marketing & business management positions in both the U.S. and in Europe.
