Stomping on another jail inmate during a fight has earned a Saginaw man 2-15 more years in prison.  31- year-old, James Barnard Hingston, was sentenced for assault with a dangerous weapon in Midland County Court.  He pled no contest to the charge. The charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm & conspiracy to assault with great bodily harm, were dismissed.  The man has quite an extensive criminal record.
