A 19-year-old Midland man died over the weekend after he was hit by a vehicle while riding his electric bike in Bay County. Isiaih Eagly was struck Saturday night around 11:30pm, by a vehicle travelling in the same direction. The crash occurred at W. Midland Road near the intersection of S. Flajole in Bay County.
