After a decade as 2nd in command at the Clare County Sheriff’s Department, Dwayne Miedzianowski (Mead-Zee-Inn-ow-ski) has called it quits.  He became undersheriff in 2013 & was the Police Chief prior, for several years.  He was seeking another job in law enforcement elsewhere.  A new undersheriff has not yet been named yet.
