A 40 year old woman from Belding who told police she knew she hit something but didn’t realize it was 3 teens, has been arrested in the death of the 14 year old. Jamison Allen Lafferty was walking with 2 friends last Tuesday near Wise Road & W. County Line road when they were struck. Mr. Lafferty was killed on impact & the other 2 were take to Devos, with non-life threatening injuries.
