Coleman Community Schools submits bond proposal to Midland County Clerk!

Coleman Community schools submitted a bond proposal to the Midland County Clerk, last week, requesting $15.36 million, over 21 years!  It was the same amount requested back in May but was turned down.  The new proposal is now set for a Nov 7^th ballot vote!
