On Friday (7-28), Joni Mitchell will release a new album called At Newport. Her first performance in 20 years. The live concert was recorded at the Newport Folk Festival last summer and includes some of her greatest songs.
Joni suffered a brain aneurysm in 2015 and wasn’t expected to perform again, so her appearance at the festival was a surprise to fans.
The hour long show was co-produced by Joni and close collaborator Brandi Carlile. At Newport will be available on CD and vinyl.
