A 24-year-old man is facing charges after leading police on a chase through Saginaw on a mini-bike, last weekend. Police were called out about a person harassing a victim. The suspect had a PPO from the victim, which stemmed from domestic issues. Suspect then fled on the mini-bike. He was soon captured & also charged with resisting arrest.
