A Clare Hotel, which was the site for a 1930’s mob shooting – and rich with history, is officially up for sale. Dean Doherty is thinking about retirement & placed it for sale last year with a $6.25 million price tag. If nobody buys he, he said one or more of his children, will end up taking it over.
