Scammers here in Michigan have been using fake dog breeder licenses to cheat people out of their money. MDARD said residents should be cautious when purchasing animals in the state. The fake licensure the scammers are using, make it seem like they have a credible, legitimate business. You’re urged to contact MDARD if you run across any of these scammers.
