Mt. Pleasant city commissioners will ink a $25 million contract to begin the second & final stage of improvements at the city’s water plant. Commissioner Bryan Assmann cast the lone dissenting vote to hire RCL Construction of Sanford, the only bidder, to complete upgrades to the Recovery Facility w/ several contingencies, including having the available financing.
