A Lincoln Park, MI man is in custody in Germany for allegedly choking & pushing 2 women down a steep ravine, killing one.  He may have sexually assaulted one before pushing her down the slope, as well. 22 year old Kelsey Chang & 21 year old Eva Liu were the victims. The male has been identified only as Troy B.
