The suspect arrested in the stabbing of a 52 yr old Perrinton woman at a ball field in Ithaca more than a year ago, will finally face sentencing. 32 Kayla Lyn May, plead no contest to a charge of carrying a concealed weapon, which is a 5-year felony. In the plea agreement, charges of intent to do great bodily harm less than murder AND assault with a dangerous weapon were dismissed. Thurs June 22nd is her sentencing date.
