A 73 year old Kalkaska man was killed in a house fire, that happened on Saturday. When officials arrived, they found that one of the families in the building had escaped but that a resident of the other unit, which was where the fire was centered, was still inside. William Joseph Williams of South Boardman has been ID’d as the one who perished. This fire remains under investigation.
