Pipes at the Shepherd Splash Park have been vandalized! Chief Sawyer shared on their Facebook page that pipes located in at Veterans Memorial off Wright Avenue, were intentionally damaged, using a drill or other tools to create holes in the water pipes at the concrete base. If you have any knowledge of this happening, you’re urged to contact the Shepherd Police Dept.
