Mt Pleasant could be recipient of Public Gathering Spaces grant!

Mt Pleasant could become a recipient of a Michigan Economic Development Corp “Public Gathering Spaces” grant for $1.5 million to make improvements on the area, if the city is awarded it. City commissioners on Monday gave Downtown Development Director, Michelle Sponseller the OK to apply for the grant.  A public hearing is set for April 24^th at City Hall.
