Two children were killed and one other suffered serious injuries after an accident yesterday Monday morning involving a passenger vehicle and an Amish buggy, at E 16 Road & N 39 Road in Wexford Co. The buggy pulled into the intersection, heading south onto North 39. All of the children were thrown from the buggy & the (2) children were pronounced dead the scene.
