A sale, by auction, of the Midland Mall, is coming up in 2 weeks, but current owner, Kohan Retail Investment Group still owes Midland County, more than $1 million in delinquent property taxes on that mall. Records obtained from the treasurers office, show that from 2021 alone, over $608,000 in property taxes from said year, are owed.
