A man wanted for stealing from a Big Rapids store who police said then went back & did it again, has been arrested in Mt Pleasant, where’s he’s been convicted before. Robert Paul Camp Jr stole $900 in merchandise that was recovered. He’s charged with 1st degree retail fraud. He was arraigned in Mecosta County District Court & is in jail this morning in lieu of posting a $35,000 cash bond.
