A 43 year man from Midland who had pleady not-guilty, was sentenced on Thursday to (4) felonies, on convictions stemming from a March 9th incident where he reportedly aimed a gun at his teenaged daughter and later fired the weapon outside his home. James Hoover was sentenced to (1) year in jail with 265 days already served.
