Mt Pleasant City commissioners on Monday approved a liquor license for a new Chinese restaurant on S. Mission St. Mary Hisa, who owns China Garden, plans to open China Master at the Pizza Hut Building at 1216 S. Mission. Mt Pleasant Downtown Development Director, Michelle Sponseller told commissioners that Ms. Hisa has met all the city’s requirements for a development district Class C liquor license & that she is planning renovations & investing in the former Pizza Hut building.
