The Clare Secretary of State office is closed for 2 weeks for a remodeling project, but most residents can just go online to Michigan.gov/SOS for their transactions. They plan to be close until Monday December 12th at 9am. The project includes a new counter, expanded lobby space, updated equipment & new carpeting and paint.
