A 37 year old Saginaw man has been charged in federal court with 2nd degree murder in the shooting death of a woman on Saturday who was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. Jonathan Ashford allegedly told officers with the Tribal police that he shot Rosanna Marie Romero with a 9mm pistol b/c he thought she was cheating on him. Police said he also shot her baby, who was in the same room.
