Congratulations are in order for Karen Kerr.  She’s been named Michigan’s 20-22 Court Appointed Special Advocate of the Year by the states CASA board during their annual conference in Kalamazoo last month.  It’s part of one of Gratiot County’s 29 programs within the state, committed to working with court systems to promote the best interest of children & to help keep them safe during domestic crises.
