Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced charges yesterday against an Ogemaw County Sheriff’s deputy after he allegedly used excessive force against an autistic adult at an assisted living home. Deputy Matthew Viviano used the forced on Sept. 8, 2021. He’ll be charged with one count of misconduct in office & 1 count of assault & battery.
