An armed man from St. Louis was arrested after a 4-hour standoff with police, on Thursday. 59 year old, Michael Wittig, was arraigned on Friday on (5) counts of felonious assault, (3) counts of felony firearm and (1) count of strangulation. He claims he was intoxicated at the time & didn’t know what he was doing.
